It was a very comfortable room, and excellent service right from check in. The staff are so friendly and patient. We enjoyed the room and facilities. A special thanks to Semontika who really looked after us. We were very happy with the stay overall.

Semontika was very helpful….. we had a great time in leela palace…. The food was amazing. The room had a great view… we as a family had a great time… the buffet had a wide variety of cuisine… my kid had a great time in the swimming pool.. the pool was very clean.. thank you for the great experience…

Very nice setting, exceptional atmosphere. Excellent cleanliness and organization of the staff, always friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers excellent varieties of local and international dishes. The common areas and services offered are of the highest quality. Special mention for Semontika, very kind and also helped us outside the hotel with useful information for our trip. Compliments. Super recommended

Absolutely wonderful stay, made even better by the outstanding service of butlers Sameer, Samrat, Mathi, Megha, Pushpita, Ajungla, Deepashree and Alka who went an extra mile to make our stay even more unforgettable than it already was- by arranging a surprise for us since I came here after receiving good board results. We hold a great deal of gratitude for this exceptional team. Along with the service, Leela Palace's food at Jamavar, China XO and Spectra was utterly delectable, as well as the palace's trademark Tishya amenities that have the most marvellous scent throughout the hotel. Will definitely revisit if we get the opportunity to do so, and hope to meet this amazing team again.

Excellent service of food at spectre the staff is cooperating and well behaved with attending guests met semontika guest relation officer attended us well vibrating ambience with soft music in the background fills the entire atmosphere with delightfulness & inner joy indeed heart warming experience & immense pleasure of coming here each time
